VL014: #AskNousha – How to Dance with Low Vibe People

The world is undergoing a huge shift. We are seeing extremes in the energies associated with love and fear.

In this episode Nousha answers an important question from one of our listeners from France. Her question is: “I hear a lot, stay away from difficult people, or low vibe people, it’s super weird for me. How can I stay away from them? They are part of the whole. Aren’t we here to love others as we love ourselves? I have 2 children, one is nice the other difficult, should I just stay with one of them and stay away from the difficult one?”

Perhaps your kids are great and overall high vibe; however, it is a co-worker, a boss, a friend or even a political leader who is low vibe and you are not sure how to dance with this energy. Tune in now and learn about how you can dance with low vibe people, including some important concepts that David Hawkins shares in his book Power vs. Force. Wayne Dyer shared of this book: “Perhaps the most important and significant book I’ve read in the past ten years.” Nousha dives into Chapter 4 where David shares about the levels of human consciousness. As we rise on the scale as does our amount of power to cause good and transform the planet and its overall vibration.

Nousha also shares the importance of developing our emotional intelligence which is our ability to identify, use, understand and manage our own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict. IQ our intelligence quotient was important and today more and more employers are looking at EQ scores related to our emotional intelligence. As the world becomes more unpredictable and the rate of change accelerates we must strengthen our EQ to navigate our day to day lives with more ease, effectiveness and peace of mind.

The truth is living a Vibrant Fulfilling life is possible for us all, it is our birthright . Whether living a Vibrant Fulfiling life is a muscle that has not been used or it is being used daily it takes focus, discipline and a deep commitment, like anything. It is a muscle that we can all strengthen one day at a time and in the process as we let our light shine; regardless of our circumstances, we give others permission to shine their light.

As Marianne Williamson so beautifully shares:

”Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
