Practicing and mastering intentional living is critical to living a vibrant fulfilling life. Intentional living is about creating and designing a life you love vs. living life by default. In school we were taught to follow instructions. Many of us did not have the gift (often until later in life) to be taught that what we think, say and do on a daily basis is creating our reality one moment at a time.

Nousha shares her experience as a young girl thinking life just happened to her and later learned the truth that life is happening for her and she is a co-creator that is actually in the drivers seat. The Universe, God, Source, this larger intelligence that has the seasons change, the tides go in and out is her partner in co-creation. Through the power of her intentions she is giving this larger intelligence the order for what she desires to create in her life. This was an empowering discovery for Nousha; however, she was stuck in the daily swamp of her thoughts. Nousha shares that we have anywhere from 25,000-50,000 thoughts/day! That is 17-35 thoughts per minute! This steady stream of thinking creates a thick filter between your head and your heart, your thoughts and your feelings.

The good news is that intentional living integrates your thoughts and your feelings, your head and your heart to create a point of focus and attraction supporting you to focus what you think, what you say and what you do in the direction of what you want.
